Senior Cross Channels Performance Manager

The Performance Manager will be primarily responsible for the coordination and execution of media plans to line up with client goals and expectations and to coordinate a team of campaign specialists. In your role, you will provide creative and strategic insights for campaigns across various digital platforms, develop media buying strategies, and forecast media spend to deliver against campaign goals. 

  • Responsible for overseeing campaign execution including campaign setup and QA.
  • Optimize to improve campaign performance, insights collection and takeaways, and generally strive to “over-deliver” to clients.
  • Plan campaigns within various digital platforms managing the ongoing real-time optimization of live media to ensure client goals are exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the Strategy team on upcoming campaigns determining best platforms, target audience, and creative strategies to implement to develop media plans.
  • Accountable for monitoring performance, managing spend, troubleshooting campaigns, creating insights about performance, making updates accordingly and flagging potential issues to management.
  • Create and occasionally present client-facing campaign reporting: pacing reports, campaign build, ad-hoc analysis, and high-touch optimizations to ensure relevant metrics and insights are shown and make recommendations by condensing or strengthening key insights from campaign reports to optimize performance.
  • Manage platform relationships regularly via: Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Google, etc.

About you 

  • 5+ years of experience within Paid Social/Paid Search – agency experience a plus
  • 3+ years of experience working with analytics, attribution, and measurement systems
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing a team
  • Experience training teams on media buying strategies and tactics
  • Experience across buying/biddable platforms in any of the following: 
  • Advanced skills in Excel including pivot tables and V-Look Ups
  • You want to have an impact and are passionate about the work you do.
  • You are always looking to adopt new techniques and technologies that are relevant for clients’ media strategies.
  • You have a problem-solving mindset
  • You have a startup mentality: able to work in a dynamic and fast-growing environment

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Responsible at client’s side for setting up the optimal weekly optimization process and to manage and coordinate the full Campaign optimisation process across all the channels;
  • Responsible of the campaign results by supporting fact based decision process and ongoing weekly optimization flow;
  • Facilitate the Interpretation of data,  dashboards and coordinate  findings on longer term trends and insights;
  • Responsible to deliver the full campaign learnings and improvement actions after finished;
  • He/she has complete understanding of the full ecosystem and the role of each channel;
  • Is responsible to drive problem solving process ( deep dives) related to campaign challenges and to fertilize cross-channel and across the board cross- insights;
  • Leverage best practices and help streamlining the performance marketing processes.
