e-Commerce, Marketplaces & Amazon Manager

The E-commerce, Marketplaces & Amazon Manager will give support to multiple internal brands. This is a pivotal role that focuses on maximizing the product visibility and sales on Amazon and other platforms. The E-commerce, Markeptplaces & Amazon Manager is responsible for managing the entire spectrum of the product listings – from initial uploads to designing visually appealing content. This role acts as a bridge between internal teams, our clients (brands) and Amazon, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with Amazon’s ever-evolving guidelines.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in working with Amazon (Vendor/Seller Central) for at least 1 to 2 years. If you are a results-oriented individual with a passion for Amazon and digital merchandising and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and upload new products to Amazon Vendor and Seller Central
  • Develop high-quality Product Detail Page (PDP) content
  • Design and implement A+ content for product listings
  • Create and manage product variations and bundles
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and Amazon representatives to resolve any issues
  • Assist in other ad-hoc tasks related to Amazon, D2C and Marketplaces
  • Assist with other merchandising tasks in D2C platforms, Marketplaces and Retailers

About you

  • 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience with Marketplaces, D2C, Amazon Vendor and Seller Central
  • Mastery in product uploading, content crafting, and issue troubleshooting
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities paired with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively, even under time constraints
  • A genuine passion for e-commerce, particularly with Marketplaces, the Amazon ecosystem & D2C
  • Proficiency in analyzing data, deriving actionable insights
  • Familiarity with Amazon-specific tools such as Helium 10, is a plus
  • Experience in merchandising, e-commerce, or content management, is a plus
