Executive PA & Marketing assistant

Core of the solution is to progressively increase ROI by daily optimizing  audiences, channels, media and content focusing on digital performance channels.This is possible thanks to clearly defined E2E strategy with KPI’s for each phase of the consumer journey linked with business KPI’s, supported by the right in-house capabilities in one integrated team, an agile way of working and processes supported by an efficient tech stack.

 

Executive PA & Marketing assistant

You will be working under the supervision of the CEOs, overseeing, and managing all office procedures. You are responsible for the activities of Executive PA and receptionist and will assist on marketing projects, including the task of project management.

 

Desired level of experience & profile

  • 7-10 years’ experience as an Executive PA, marketing assistant or senior office manager in a startup, scale up or dynamic environment.
  • Good professional English proficiency
  • Experience in an executive administrative role
  • Good knowledge of software packages
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills
  • Bachelor or degree preferred

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Managing office spaces or virtual spaces, including ordering stationery and furniture
  • Organizing meetings and managing databases booking transport and accommodation organizing company events or conferences
  • Creating and optimizing client presentations, writing reports, company brochures and similar documents
  • Support organising market research and or other marketing activities and events, doing desk research for projects
  • Managing office budgets liaising with staff, suppliers and clients organizing
  • Leading induction programs for new employees ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date.
  • Attending meetings with senior management assisting the organisation’s HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and so on.
  • Organizing the agendas of the managing directors
